Who we are

Enterprise Services Management has worked with and for such Top Leaders in the industry as EDS, Hewlett Packard and CA Inc, llc who are a few of the Top leaders of Data Center Monitoring. ESM is an Independant Consultancy Company not affiliated with CA Inc llc other than we specialize in Architecting and Implementing their solutions.

The most important step to any project is the initial step to be sure we are all on the same page.  We call this building the foundation which if done properly eliminates 98% of issues and redo's that many projects face.

ESM is a Consulting company who will come in and find out what your Requirements and Expectations are. We believe in the CA Suite of Products and are Certified Professionals in many of these programs.  We know how to get all the bells and whistles operating rather than just performing your basic installation and leaving you to figure the rest out yourselves.   Allow us to utilize our proven services methodology approach and lay the foundation upfront for a smooth transition.

Together we find what your visions are, what tools you have at your disposal and we present a Functional Design followed by a Technical Design and the path to get there.  

What we do

We arrive on site and talk with our clients.  We make sure that everyone is on the same page by presenting a Requirements Document.  From there we create a Functional Design and ensure that we can deliver on your expectations.  Finally we provide a Technical Design Document which includes Best Practices, Server builds and a blue print on what the final outcome will look like.

Why we do it

Having helped numerous companies and government agencies with their Server, Network and Application monitoring nothing is more satisfying than seeing a plan come together.  We have worked in very complex security environments to the simple new start up companies as well as governmental agencies.

 

How we do it

We provide a comprehensive professional service consultancy to your team and actually become an extension of your team to see them thru to the end.

  1. Boots on the Ground - we need to get in front of the client to fully understand how they operate and how we can help them move forward.  This usually takes apx 2-3 days.

  2. Create a Requirements document to ensure we are both on the same page.  This elminates miscommunication on the direction to take. Deliverable at end of 1st week.

  3. Create a Functional Design document - this document will show the client how the technologies we are putting together will work together and provide their desired outcome. Deliverable at end of 2nd week.

  4. Create a Technical Design document - technical details of server builds, placement, ports required, disaster recovery, backup planning, and integrations. Deliverable at end of 4th - 5th week based on how complicated the environment is or needs to be in order to get the client where they want to go.

  5. Implementation - begin the installation process.

  6. Staff Augmentation - we become part of your extended team accelerating your return on investment and get your software to the advanced settings quickly.

  7. Hand off - this is where our tasks are complete and you have a fully implemented and integrated solution working exactly as you need it.  Your staff has been provided Run Books on how to re-set up if needed.
